THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Operations Analyst (HR Support) to join our Client Ops LatAm Team in São Paulo! The Client Operations LatAm team's mission is to improve the operational routine of the HR client by making our processes scalable and standardized, in addition to seeking to be the reference area within Gympass, ensuring quality in execution always in partnership with other internal teams. YOUR IMPACT Interact and meet the needs of our external customers by supporting employee base processing analyzes; Revision of the companies' billing, supporting the commercial teams in the established processes; Work to ensure that operational alignments are followed. WHO YOU ARE Complete graduation; Fluent / advanced Spanish (mandatory); English is an advantage; Intermediate knowledge in Excel; Excellent in written communication; Analytical skills; Good interpersonal relationship; Attentive to details; Proactive, organized, resilient; Problems solution.
